Subscription Terms and Minimum Purchase Commitment
1. About Your Subscription
By selecting the subscription purchase option, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing product subscription with Radiance Labs.
Subscription customers receive a discounted price in exchange for agreeing to a minimum purchase commitment and recurring deliveries.
2. Minimum Purchase Commitment
The subscription has a minimum commitment of two orders in total:

Your initial discounted subscription order; and

One recurring subscription order.
Your first recurring order will be charged and processed approximately 30 days after your initial order, unless a different delivery frequency is clearly shown when you subscribe.
Because the subscription discount is provided on the basis of this minimum commitment, the subscription cannot ordinarily be ended before the first recurring order has been processed, except where you exercise a statutory cancellation right or another right available to you under applicable consumer law.
After the first recurring order has been processed, you may cancel the subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date.
3. Subscription Price and Billing
Your initial order will be charged at the price displayed when you subscribe.
Each recurring order will be charged at the recurring subscription price displayed at checkout, together with any clearly disclosed delivery charges.
By enrolling in the subscription, you authorise Radiance Labs and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically for the initial order and each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled.
Payments will ordinarily be collected every 30 days.
4. Automatic Renewal
After the minimum commitment has been completed, your subscription will continue automatically at the stated delivery frequency unless you cancel it.
There is no further minimum commitment after the initial order and first recurring order have both been processed.
You remain responsible for cancelling the subscription before a future billing date where you do not want that order to be charged or supplied.
5. Cancelling Your Subscription

Please include your full name, email address and order number so that we can locate your subscription.
Where the minimum purchase commitment has not yet been completed, a cancellation request will take effect after the first recurring order has been processed, unless the customer has a statutory right to cancel sooner.
Where the minimum commitment has been completed, cancellation requests must be received before the next order has entered processing.
Once an order has been charged, processed or prepared for dispatch, we may be unable to stop that particular shipment. Cancelling the subscription will still prevent subsequent subscription orders from being created.
We will confirm by email when the subscription has been cancelled.
6. Statutory Cancellation Rights
Nothing in these terms limits or removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, customers purchasing online may have a statutory cooling-off period. Details of any applicable cancellation rights and how to exercise them will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
The minimum purchase commitment does not override a statutory right to cancel, reject faulty goods, request a remedy, or receive a refund where required by law.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring payment is declined, we may attempt to collect the payment again using the payment method associated with the subscription.
We may pause or cancel the subscription where payment cannot be collected. Any cancellation by us does not affect amounts properly due for orders that have already been processed or dispatched.
We will not charge additional failed-payment fees unless those fees have been disclosed in advance and are permitted by law.
8. Changes to Subscription Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment, delivery and contact details remain accurate.
Changes to an address, delivery date, product selection or subscription frequency must be requested before the next order enters processing. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
9. Changes to Prices or These Terms
We may update subscription prices or these terms from time to time.
Where a change affects the price or other significant conditions of an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change applies. Customers may cancel future renewals where they do not accept the updated terms, provided the minimum purchase commitment has already been completed.
Any changes will not affect an order that has already been charged unless required by law.
10. Acceptance of These Terms
By selecting the subscription option and completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree that:

You are purchasing an automatically renewing subscription.

The subscription price is offered in exchange for a minimum commitment.

The minimum commitment consists of your initial order and one recurring order.

The first recurring payment will be collected approximately 30 days after the initial order.

The subscription will continue after the minimum commitment until cancelled.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
